Steps You Should Take If you are Involved in An Accident:

Lo que debes hacer al caso de un Acidente:


1. Is anybody hurt?
It's important to take a breath, stay calm, and determine if
anyone is injured. If somebody might be hurt, call an
ambulance.

Es muy importante quedarse calmado. Se han lastimado? Hablen a 911 por ayuda.

2. Call the police.
In many states, a police report is required following an
accident. Arizona is one of those states.

En muchos estados se require un reporte de la policia. Arizona es uno de estos estados.

3. Call your insurance carrier immediately. The sooner you contact your carrier, the quicker your claim can be processed.

Lo mas pronto posible, hablale a su compania de asegurance. Esto le ayudara completar el proceso de su reclamo mas rapido.

4. Do not admit fault. Limit your discussion while at the scene of the accident. Do not talk about the details of the accident with anyone but the police or your Claims Representative and your agent.

No admite responsabilidad. Limite su informacion de el acidente. No hables con nadie, sobre los detalles de el acidente. Sus detalles se deben de dar solamente a la policia y su representate de asegurance.

5. Gather as much information as possible.
The more information you can record while still at the
accident scene, the better. The identity and insurance
information of the other driver, location, witnesses, injuries,
and facts about the accident will help us move the claim
forward more quickly.

Tome informacion de testigos mientras estes en el lugar de el acidente. No dejes ir personas responsable sin tomar la informacion del chaufer, lastimados y testigos.
